Women in Transition Career Coaching Workshop


The 2022 Career Coaching Workshop was hosted as a hybrid event with the option to attend in person or virtually.  This event is designed to successfully prepare military women leaders and military spouse for career transition.  Workshops, keynotes, and panel discussions  provide techniques and tools for participants to optimize talents and accelerate career options that align with professional purpose, goals and opportunities.

Lunch Time Topics

During lunch you will have the opportunity to participate in two small group discussions. There will be choices for both the virtual and in-person attendees.

  • Filmmaking Workshop and Q&A with Documentary Filmmakers Joe Tropea and Skizz Cyzyk

    Join eMentor for a very special workshop to explore documentary filmmaking with Joe Tropea* and Skizz Cyzyk, directors of the award-winning documentary film Hit & Stay: A History of Faith and Resistance. Participants will have the opportunity to view the film prior to the workshop, learn about the process from the filmmakers, and ask any and all film-related questions.

    Hit & Stay premiered at The 2013 Chicago Underground Film Festival, where it won the Audience Award. It made its Baltimore premiere at the Maryland Film Festival. The documentary made its premiere in the South at the Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival where it won the Best Documentary Feature award.
